assignment_turned_in 1. Conference Registration

To register for SELSICON 2026 and ASIMANICON 2026, you must submit accurate registration details and provide a valid bank transfer reference ID or transaction proof. Registrations are individual and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizing committee in writing.

currency_rupee 2. Fee Structure & Bank Transfers

The registration fee is determined by the date your payment is processed (Early Bird, 1st Slab, 2nd Slab, or Spot registration). All payments must be made to the designated bank account (UCO Bank, account number ending in 0736) or via our official UPI QR scanner. We are not responsible for funds sent to any other bank account or third-party address.

rule 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following policy applies to all cancellations requested in writing to the organizing committee:

• Cancellations before 31st July 2026: Eligible for a 50% refund, minus administrative charges.
• Cancellations after 1st August 2026: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• In the unlikely event of conference postponement or force majeure, registrations will automatically carry forward to the rescheduled dates.

groups 4. Code of Conduct

Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully during all conference sessions, workshops, and exhibitions. We reserve the right to revoke delegate access or remove individuals from the venue (City Convention Centre, Imphal) without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or hazardous.

copyright 5. Intellectual Property & Academic Rights

All research abstracts, scientific slides, clinical presentations, and surgical videos shown during the summit are the intellectual property of their respective authors and the organizing committee. Recording, filming, or redistributing scientific sessions is strictly prohibited without formal prior consent.

gavel 6. Limitation of Liability

The organizing committee is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or travel disruptions experienced by delegates attending the event in Imphal. Delegates are advised to secure personal travel and health insurance.

balance 7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the conference shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Imphal, Manipur.
